Below you will find a list of all my Terms of Use for all my products...and this included the freebies I give away on this blog. Please read them carefully and if you do have any questions, pleae ask me!
General Terms of Use
All of the graphic images created by Dorothy Howell including any sample images, may be used for personal use only in your own design projects. These graphics may be altered for personal use including changing colors, sizing, cutting, etc.
1. No commercial use is allowed. Exception to this rule is use as Scrap4Hire / Scrap4Others or real Craft projects in which you may charge a fee. I allow this for small home based businees that have only ONE employee ONLY. May only be sold as a flattened JPG with clients photos installed on project.
2. You may not re-sell or offer them as your own creations. This is NEVER to be used as a Designer Resource.
3. You may not alter these images or claim them as your own.
4. You may not freely distribute these graphics is any way either through groups nor upload to any file sharing sites such as 4Shared or RapidShare.
5. Designs created using these graphics may be submitted to magazines, contests, and internet galleries with proper credit given to Dorothy'sCreations / Dorothy Howell. If possible, please link your LOs to my blog http://dorothyscreationss.blogspot.com.
6. You may not use these files for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or any other purpose which is prohibited by law.
Commercial Terms of Use
All of the graphic images created by Dorothy Howell including any sample images, may be used for commercial, S4O & personal use in your own design projects. These graphics may be altered for including changing colors, sizing, cutting, etc.
1. You may use this item as a Designer Resource to add to your personal use kits sold to the public.
2. You cannot offer this as a Designer Resource yourself (NO Cu4CU) and you CANNOT use my Designer Resources to create freebies. This is to prevent oversatuation of product.
3. You may use this item if you Scrap or Craft for Others to add to layouts/crafting and of course for personal use.
4. You may not re-sell them AS IS or offer them as your own creations. You MUST alter them in some way.

Dorothy's Crafting Angels Licence
All of the graphic images created by Dorothy Howell including any sample images, may be used for personal use only in your own design projects. These graphics may be altered for personal use including changing colors, sizing, cutting, etc.
Crafting Angels can use the graphics pack to create layouts, brag books, greeting cards and paper crafts to sell. I allow this for small home based businesses that have ONE employee only and limited to 250 projects each image. If you would like to create larger quanities of projects or would like to print these on a larger scale, please contact me by email.
Redistribution of these original files in JPG or PNG format is forbidden. You cannot print these as sheets of paper to sell. You cannot not alter them digitally (via PS, PSP, PSE GIMP, Illustrator,etc) and give them away or resell them. You MUST create something with these graphics is order to sell them.
You may not re-sell or offer them as your own creations. This is NEVER to be used as a Designer Resource (CU item).
You may not freely distribute these graphics in any way either through groups nor upload to any file sharing sites such as 4Shared or RapidShare, etc. You may not upload these via any other file sharing program, software or web site.
